Everything was really good, caring staff, unbeatable location just next door to bars restaurants, and the Albert Dock on one side. We were offered continental breakfasts with a banana, yoghurt, bacon.

It had not so great views.

Enjoyed my memorable stay for one night. I had the double room which was perfect and attractive with balcony. The check in was early, the staff was amazing and absolutely amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed its excellent location.

Everything was ideal, personnel was flexible. The setting was FANTASTIC, near to all attractions, comfortable and clean, really friendly staff and central Liverpool and the Mersey Ferries and all the classy restaurants. Furthermore, so near to the city centre.

The location awesome and stunning in a perfect location within walking distance to all local attractions. Got clean and brilliant room with hair dryer, Nespresso machine, a huge bathroom...

A wide array of food at breakfast, such as coffee and tea. Lovely bed in a double room with a complimentary coffee, a big window, and an iron.

Tbh, had a very enjoyable short stay for our first short visit to Liverpool. Whole place was clean with great views; absolutely perfect location near the waterfront. Location: the hotel was not far from Close to all buses as well as all attractions, including the Mersey, Museums, Liverpool One and the Cavern Quarter.

The staff are fabulously helpful and very amiable, we really enjoyed them. The units were fully-equipped for all our toiletries. The breakfast is great with tea or coffee, has outstanding food.

The double room we stayed in was attractive with a balcony.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with iron and a cute balcony, as for instance was not a problem.

Location: the hotel was really close to pubs and nightlife, location fabulous, staff friendly, lots of complimentary tea and coffee including hot choc, earl grey and peppermint teas, great value for money, town centre, and Close to all buses. Fast food restaurant Chop Chop was 100 metres away from the place.

signature collection exceeded my expectations during this relaxing stay. the room was lovely, clean, and the bed was super comfy. the hot chocolate and biscuits were a nice touch. the location was amazing, close to the docks and liverpool one. highly recommended!

Reliable boutique place with good location near coffee for under £10 as well as the Beatles shop on the waterfront, and the Albert docks, with all the shops.
